THE MARKETING OPERATING SYSTEM

Make your
maybe.

Run your marketing with Aurix.

Aurix is the marketing operating system for founders and small businesses. Research your market, set your strategy, create the work, plan what goes out, and learn from the results. The decisions you make along the way give the next piece of work a head start.

I’m looking for investors and collaborators to help take Aurix from a working product to a business.

THE STARTING POINT

an idea.”

From Aurix’s own launch kit.
A little direction.
A lot more possibility.

You started a business. Somehow, you also became the marketing department.

Some days you need a sharper offer. Some days you need a campaign ready by Friday. Some days you need to know why last month’s campaign went nowhere.

Start with the job in front of you. Aurix gives you a way to do it and keep the thinking behind it for the next one.

What do you need to get done?

Understand your market.

Research customers and competitors, audit the marketing you already have, and work out where the opportunity is. Give yourself a clearer picture before you commit time or money.

Decide what to say and where to say it.

Sharpen your offer, choose who it’s for, and give your brand or campaign a clear direction. Turn that thinking into a brief someone can actually work from.

Make the work.

Create campaign copy, visual creative, landing pages, decks and other assets in supported formats. Review versions and make targeted changes to copy or visuals where the format allows.

Get it ready to go out.

Plan the campaign, set dates, prepare channel variants and captions, and review what’s ready to release. Keep the plan, the work and the approval together.

See what happened and decide what’s next.

Review social, advertising, website or search performance when the relevant data is available. Use the findings to choose what to repeat, what to test and what to leave alone.

Give the next job a head start.

This is where the parts of Aurix come together. The strategy can inform the creative brief. The brief can guide the review. The results can change what you do next.

Data Cortex helps you read the results.

Bring the performance data you have or use a supported connection. Aurix checks sources, periods and metric definitions, flags gaps, and separates what changed from what might explain it. A finding can become a proposed test or task for you to review.

Institutional memory keeps the reasoning.

Bring approved brand material, research, past decisions and reviewed feedback back into context when a job starts. The next brief can pick up the offer you agreed and the reason you chose it.

Continuous learning puts the lesson to work.

Compare what happened with what you expected. Review what the evidence supports, save the conclusion, and use it to inform future work. A useful lesson can carry forward even when a test is inconclusive.

An illustrative example from a small business promoting a paid workshop.

Visits are up. Enquiries haven’t moved. What would you change?

Check the evidence.

Aurix compares the periods and checks whether enquiries were tracked consistently. A gap in tracking could be the first thing to fix.

Choose a test.

If the data holds up, one possibility is that visitors can’t tell who the workshop is for. Aurix can propose a test to clarify the headline and agree how you’ll measure the result.

Make and review the change.

Use the proposed test to brief a page revision with the offer and brand material you’ve already approved. Review the work and decide what goes live.

Bring the result into the next brief.

Check what happened against the measure you chose. Save the conclusion alongside the question and the change you made. Next time someone asks about the workshop page, you have somewhere useful to start.

Created with Aurix.
Yes, this page.

We used Aurix on a job we knew well: introducing Aurix.

The research helped us decide who to speak to. The positioning gave the page a job. The creative brief connected that direction to the page and launch artwork you can see here.

Build what comes next.

I’m Sagar Sethia, founder of Solvaris. I’ve spent a little over a year building Aurix. Now I want to see how it fits into real marketing work and build a business around the parts people come back to.

0 → 1

Find the first repeatable use.

Work closely with the first businesses using Aurix. Find the jobs they return to, what makes them stick with it, and what they’re willing to pay for.

1 → 5

Make that work for more businesses.

Use what we learn to build a repeatable way to reach customers, get them started and support them. Then expand to the next group of businesses with a similar need.

Let’s talk about Aurix.

For investors

If you invest in early product businesses, I’d like to show you what’s built, talk through the first market we want to serve, and hear how you’d approach the next stage.

For collaborators

If you work in product, marketing, customer onboarding or distribution, and see something you could help build or test, I’d like to hear from you. An introduction to someone who fits is welcome too.

A short form prepares your WhatsApp message. You review it before you send it.

A few fair questions.

I can create this with AI. How is Aurix different?

For a quick draft or a brainstorm, your current AI tool may be enough. Aurix is built for the work around that draft. It brings together the research, approved brand material, brief, creative versions, review decisions and results. When it’s time for the next campaign, you can pick up from what you agreed and learned last time.

I already have two people using AI to make content. What would Aurix add?

Give them a common starting point for the campaign: the audience, offer, channel priorities and approved brand rules. Use Aurix to brief the work, review versions against that brief, and keep track of the decisions you made together. If your team already produces content quickly, look at the part that still takes your time. That might be briefing, review or deciding what to do with the results.

I can drop report data into AI and ask it to analyse it. Why use Data Cortex?

You can get a useful analysis that way. Data Cortex keeps the source, period and metric definitions with the finding, checks for gaps, and separates what the numbers show from possible explanations. You can then turn a finding into a proposed task. When you come back to the results, you have the original question and the change you made alongside them.

What stage is Aurix at?

Aurix is a working local product. The next stage is to learn which jobs businesses return to and build a repeatable way to bring new users on board.

Can I see what’s already built?

The app tour above shows six views from one fictional project. In a conversation, I can walk you through the product and talk about where it needs work next.

What kind of collaboration are you looking for?

I’m interested in people who can help test the product with founders, build the next pieces, make onboarding easier or find a practical route to market. Tell me where you see a fit.

What happens after I get in touch?

You send a short WhatsApp note to me directly. We can then set up an introductory conversation about the product, the next stage and where our interests overlap.

Your enquiry, in your hands.

The form prepares a message in your browser. The page does not save your answers to a website database. When you choose Open WhatsApp, the prepared text passes to WhatsApp, where you can review and send it. WhatsApp’s terms and privacy policy apply to that step.
